LISTEN: Lawrence Yun on the December Jobs Report

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics this morning reported that 292,000 jobs were added in the final month of 2015.

Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist, called the employment data”very solid” and said the figure adds up to around 3 million net new jobs on an annualized basis.

Listen to Yun’s audio above for his thoughts on job growth this year and why it’s likely renters and buyers will continue to be squeezed by rising housing costs exceeding wages.
