NAR Infographic: Today’s Opening Day Baseball Matchups in Home Prices

Baseball enthusiasts young and old are rejoicing today as the start of another baseball season gets underway. While fans will most likely be focused on extra-base hits, double-plays and ERA’s, look to our newly released infographic for signs of home prices in 16 cities playing baseball today.

According to NAR Research’s median home-price data, the closest matchup today between metro areas is New York ($390,000) vs. Washington ($372,800). If wins were determined by home prices and not play on the field, the biggest differential is San Francisco ($742,900) vs. Phoenix ($200,300).

The data is from the 2014 fourth quarter Metropolitan Median Area Prices and Affordability report, which provides a breakdown of single-family, condo and co-op prices in over 170 metro areas.
